This is the best kind of reward earned from participation in the Young Eagles Program, which provides new and quality experiences to youth as well as teaching life lessons from aviation such as "Attitude + Power = Performance" and how those lessons can also be applied to life. Doug believes such awards hold more value than most he has received.
